Process

From source course to global learners

Content Audit

We analyse your SCORM package or source files to identify all translatable text, audio tracks, video elements, and images requiring cultural adaptation. You receive a fixed word count and media duration.

Translation & Script Adaptation

Subject-matter linguists translate all text and adapt scripts for audio re-recording. Scripts are timed to match the original narration pacing so animations stay in sync.

Multimedia Production

Audio narration is recorded with AI or human voices and synced to course animations. Video content receives subtitles or full dubbing. On-screen text graphics are rebuilt in the target language.

Course Rebuild & QA

The localized content is integrated back into the authoring tool. A separate QA reviewer plays through the entire course, checking navigation, quiz logic, branching, audio sync, and all text for accuracy.

LMS Testing & Delivery

The published SCORM/xAPI package is tested in SCORM Cloud and, if required, in your specific LMS environment. We confirm completion tracking, pass/fail thresholds, and certificate generation work correctly before final delivery.
