Our Story
Built on craft, accelerated by AI.
MediaLocalize was founded over 15 years ago by a developer and a typesetting engineer who believed that great content deserved to reach every audience — in their own language, on their own terms. Long before AI tools existed, we were hand-crafting multilingual InDesign files, rebuilding layouts for Arabic RTL, and tuning FrameMaker books for CJK character spacing.
Today our core team pairs that deep craft with frontier AI — Claude Code for web architecture, GitHub Copilot for development velocity, and AI voice synthesis for dubbing — compressing timelines that once took months into days, without sacrificing the human judgement that machines still can't replicate.
From a first-time exporter who needs their product catalogue in English to a multinational rolling out a 20-language e-learning curriculum, we bring the same rigour and personal ownership to every project.

Ken founded MediaLocalize in 2009. He leads all web development projects — from architecture to deployment — using modern toolchains including Claude Code, GitHub Actions CI, and edge CDN delivery. Before starting the company he worked at a software firm building multilingual content management systems.
Jerry has been with MediaLocalize since its founding. He specialises in complex multilingual typesetting — Arabic RTL, CJK scripts, Devanagari, and Thai — across InDesign, FrameMaker, and QuarkXPress. His preflight checklist runs on every file before it leaves the studio, across pharmaceutical, legal, and technical document types.
Jesse manages translation memory systems, multilingual glossaries, and XLIFF workflow configuration across all client accounts. She is certified in memoQ and SDL Trados Studio, handles CJK quality review in-house, and runs the linguist vetting process for the freelance translator network.
Benny manages every client engagement from quote to delivery — scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and final QA sign-off. He joined MediaLocalize in 2016 after working at a localization agency coordinating East Asian market rollouts. He communicates proactively and keeps projects on schedule.
